How it works now. During the soft launch the sequencer only takes transactions directly from partners with a key (4% of recent transactions). Everyone else sends to the delayed inbox on HyperEVM and Elysium picks it up within seconds (558,550 relayed so far). A batch with all new blocks goes to HyperEVM about every 3h 0m, the next one in about 1h 49m. Withdrawals become claimable on HyperEVM once the assertion that covers them has passed the challenge period of about 5.5 days. The outbox last accepted a send root for Elysium block 55,407 (5h 5m ago), so withdrawals 0 to 313 can be claimed now.
