How it works now. During the soft launch the sequencer only takes transactions directly from partners with a key (5% of recent transactions). Everyone else sends to the delayed inbox on HyperEVM and Elysium picks it up within seconds (59,203 relayed so far). A batch with all new blocks goes to HyperEVM about every 3h 0m, the next one in about 33m 27s. Withdrawals become claimable on HyperEVM once the assertion that covers them has passed the challenge period of about 5.5 days. The outbox last accepted a send root for Elysium block 5,864 (4h 21m ago), so withdrawals 0 to 15 can be claimed now.
